A Front, Back and 8 Page Templates are included. Images are not included, they are just for demonstration purposes. But all the Icons are included as Vector Shapes, so you can resize them.

This template was created in Photoshop CS6, but it should work with every other version. If you use older version than CS4 there can be little differences.
